  • 200g dry biscuits
  • 70g butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon CANNAMELA ground cinnamon

  • 500g spreadable cheese
  • 3 eggs
  • 190g sugar
  • 1/2 vanilla pod
  • grated peel of 1 lemon
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon CANNAMELA ground cinnamon

Blend the biscuits and add the melted, cold butter.

Flavour with the CANNAMELA ground cinnamon.

Pour the mixture into the Ø 22 cm cake tin and compact it on the bottom by pressing it well.

Keep the cake tin in the refrigerator until the other phases of the process are complete.

Beat the cheese with the sugar and flavour it with the grated lemon peel, the rind of the vanilla pod, the pinch of salt and some CANNAMELA ground cinnamon.

Incorporate the eggs and beat until the mixture is even and fluffy.

Pour the mixture onto the biscuit base, level and bake at 200° for 10 mins.

Lower the oven temperature to 170° and continue baking for another 50 mins.

Bake the cheesecake but wait until it is cold before removing from the tin and cutting into slices.
