Ingredients

  • 300 g robiola
  • 40 g grated Parmesan cheese
  • 50 g pitted green olives
  • 2 teaspoons Cannamela Bio mild paprika
  • Cannamela Grinder Cap iodized salt
  • Approx. 60 g chopped pistachios
  • Approx. 60 g chopped toasted hazelnuts

Cut the olives into small pieces.

Combine the robiola cheese with the grated Parmesan.

Season the mixture with Cannamela Organic mild paprika and season to taste with salt.

Add the chopped olives and mix. If the mixture is too soft, leave to rest in the fridge for 20-30 minutes.

Shape the resulting mixture into cheese balls weighing about 15 g each.

Pour the two kinds of chopped nuts into two plates, then roll the cheese balls separately in each plate. Store the cheese balls in the fridge until serving time.
