Ingredients

  • 200 g fusilli
  • 300 g tomato sauce
  • 100 g fresh mushrooms
  • 100 g sausage
  • 50 g diced guanciale
  • 50 g diced provola silana cheese
  • 40 g grated pecorino silano cheese
  • Cannamela freeze-dried garlic to taste
  • Cannamela Organic crushed Calabrian chilli pepper to taste
  • Cannamela onion flakes to taste

Preparation

Peel the mushrooms, then cut into slices.

Brown the diced guanciale in a pan together with a sprinkling of CANNAMELA freeze-dried garlic and CANNAMELA onion flakes.

Add the chopped sausage, mushrooms and a sprinkling of CANNAMELA Organic crushed Calabrian chilli pepper.

Pour in the tomato sauce and continue cooking over a moderate heat for 15 minutes.

Meanwhile, bring a pot with plenty of salted water to the boil and cook the fusilli.

Drain the pasta and mix it with the sauce, add the diced provola and mix thoroughly.

Plate the fusilli on the serving plates and season with grated pecorino cheese and a sprinkling of CANNAMELA Organic Calabrian chilli pepper to taste.
