  • 1 kg turkey breast
  • Cannamela Organic Sicilian rosemary
  • Cannamela ground garlic
  • Salt and extra virgin olive oil to taste
  • 300 g sausages
  • 100 g black and green olives
  • 100 g sliced bacon
  • Half a glass of white wine
  • Half a glass of water
  • 600 g potatoes
  • 40 g breadcrumbs

Preparation

Salt the surface of the turkey breast and add the Cannamela Organic Sicilian Rosemary and Cannamela Ground Garlic, covering the entire surface.

Crumble the sausages and place them in the middle of the turkey breast.

Place the green and black olives, already cut into rounds on the crumbled sausage and form a roll with the turkey breast. Salt the outer surface of the roll.

Cover the surface of the roll with sliced bacon and seal with kitchen string.

Place the roll on a well-greased baking tray, taking care to also drizzle some oil on the surface of the meat.

Pour half a glass of white wine and water over the turkey roll.

Cut the potatoes into pieces, salt, and mix everything together.

Put breadcrumbs on the potatoes, the Cannamela Organic Sicilian Rosemary, the Cannamela Ground Garlic and mix well with the hands.

Place the potatoes in a baking tin lightly greased with extra virgin olive oil and pour some oil over the surface too.

Bake in a preheated oven at 180° for about 75 minutes. Check after one hour.

When ready, remove the string and cut into slices. Plate the roll, the potatoes et voilà: a great dish to bring to the table.
